(i) the District Court’s ORDER CONCERNING DEFENDANTS’

MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT [#227] dated December 12, 2005, and

 

(ii) the District Court’s ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFFS’

MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION [#251] dated September 11, 2006;

 

(iii) the District Court’s ORDER REGARDING DEFENDANTS’

MOTIONS TO DISMISS [#47] dated September 16, 2004; and

 

(iv) the Magistrate Judge’s AMENDED ORDER [#112] dated June 6, 2005.
